Pegasus and CFM International Sign 5.9 Billion Dollar Engine Agreement

Pegasus Airlines has officially signed agreements with CFM International for the procurement and maintenance of aircraft engines as part of its major Boeing 737-10 order announced in 2024.
A critical milestone has been reached for the order of 200 Boeing 737-10 aircraft (100 firm, 100 optional), which was reported to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on December 19, 2024. With the new agreement signed on December 18, 2025, the procurement process and maintenance principles for the CFM International-produced LEAP-1B engines to be used in up to 150 of these aircraft have been finalized.
Deliveries Scheduled to Begin in 2028
According to the terms of the agreement, CFM will provide maintenance services for each purchased engine for a period of up to 10 years from the date of delivery. The deliveries of the engines in question will be carried out starting from 2028, in alignment with the delivery schedule of the Boeing 737-10 aircraft joining the fleet.
In a statement made by Pegasus, it was noted that if maintenance services are received for all aircraft over a 10-year period, the total payments to CFM are projected to reach approximately 5.9 billion US Dollars. This investment stands out as one of the largest financial steps taken in line with the company’s long-term growth strategy and operational safety goals.
